How does it all work?
1) Contact Us
- Someone representing the group complete this
Interest Form to let our office know you'd like to
participate or you can contact our office directly.
2) Drive Time is Set & Outline Received
- Although the magazine is designed most specifically for
7-13 year olds, parents may choose to read and share the
magazine with their younger children or purchase other
items related to the magazine (T-Shirts, books, toys...).
For this reason, the order forms can go home to all members
of your group.
- We will provide you with an Outline of all procedures and
dates for easy reference
3) Group Decides how they'd like to
handle orders
- Hassle-Free Method:
Choose the option to have all orders and payments sent
directly to our office on-line, mail or by phone (Visa,
MasterCard, Discovery or personal cheque)
- Payments submitted directly
back to group:
Allow cash and cheques (made out to group) be returned to the
group leaders (this
generates much better results)
4) Drive Forms Sent to the Group
5) Magazine Drive Held & Orders Made:
- Parents complete forms and choose from the payment
options by outlined date
6) Sales Earned
- Complete this
Drive Completion Form
- If you were accepting payments to the group, total the amount of cash/cheques received
and
deposit all earnings (plus tax collected) into your account. Return exactly
50% of total earnings in one cheque written to 'Zamoof Magazine' and return it
back to our office by Registered Mail
7) Orders Processed
- We process all orders received and send
you a Summary report of results
8) Orders are Completed
- Magazines are sent directly to subscribers homes through the post
- If payments were being accepted to groups, other items ordered are sent in one shipment directly to the
group leaders for distribution
9) Feedback on Magazine Drives are handled
10) Arrangements are made for the drive next year
- Encouraged to do it the same time for easy subscription renewals
